With our Program Registration module, you can quickly compile registration information and distribute registrants to classes with the click of a button. Program Registration allows you to create and maintain your list of programs and classes. Our registration algorithms allow you to customize how registrants are distributed to classes, from simple first-come, first-served to complex priority-based distribution. Regardless of the method, Eclipse will match hundreds or thousands of registrants with their choices of classes and programs.

Placed registrants can then interface with the Payment Processing and Facility Access modules to collect payments for programs as well as restrict access to the facility to paying participants. Through Eclipse, instructors and program directors can use an intuitive interface to fine-tune class rosters before they are posted. Throughout the class, instructors can track attendance and milestones, which can then be factored into placement for the next session.

In the Reporting module, a wide variety of reports are available, from registration placement analysis to class rosters and waiting lists.
