Payment Processing

The Eclipse Payment Processing module allows you to accept and track payments made by your members for dues and fees quickly and easily.

Eclipse allows you to accept dues and fees from your members directly or via electronic payment services. With Eclipse, you can configure dues to be paid upfront or on a monthly cycle. Eclipse offers point-of-sale receipting for credit cards, cash and checks allowing your members to pay dues and fees in person. You can also set up recurring electronic payments from their bank and/or credit card accounts. Eclipse's payment processing features are fully integrated with Facility Access so your front desk staff can be alerted to members entering with outstanding balances.

Administrative users will appreciate Eclipse's intuitive interface for assembling and processing payment transactions. Eclipse adapts to work with any system for handling electronic payments, from manual to entirely automatic. Payment Processing will also generate test transactions so you can minimize transaction failures when processing the actual payments. Throughout the process, the Reporting module can be used to summarize transactions or analyze processing failures.
