When looking up a member record, you'll have instant access to critical information along with data fields that can be custom tailored to accept information specific to your organization. Each field can be configured to allow free-form text or use a special control such as a list box or check box to make data entry quick and accurate.

Using a digital camera or web cam, you can easily save a color digital photo of your member for later verification or to include on their printed membership card. Membership cards can be printed right away and are completely customizable. Eclipse also allows you to feature several different card designs for different membership types or for use as staff badges. The system also supports using pre-printed membership cards or key tags, allowing you to assign the card to the member in a matter of seconds.

Eclipse also features grouping capabilities, which allow you to create an association between members that are related or part of a corporate membership.
